Our History

In 1994 the Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital (CPDMH) Foundation was incorporated by the province of Ontario and registered with Revenue Canada as a charitable organization. The CPDMH Foundation is a non-profit organization, led by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors from the community.

Our goal is to provide the hospital with funding that is otherwise not covered through the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
