The Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital (CPDMH) Foundation is dedicated to raising funds for CPDMH in support of providing the best healthcare possible to the residents of Carleton Place and the surrounding communities. With your help, we can ensure that our community will continue to have the quality care and service that it expects and deserves.

Our History

In 1994 the CPDMH Foundation was incorporated by the province of Ontario and registered with Revenue Canada as a charitable organization. The CPDMH Foundation is a non-profit organization, led by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors from the community.

Our goal is to provide the hospital with funding that is otherwise not covered through the Ministry of Health or other funding sources.
