Donor Recognition

Our donors make all the difference. They help fund innovative equipment, education, renovations to the hospital facility and enhance patient care at the Carleton Place and District Memorial Hospital. Simply put, they make our Hospital - and our community - great.

The present CPDMH Foundation donor wall is located in the Ambulatory Care and Registration waiting room. All donors who have given gifts of $500 and over from 1994 – 2009 are recognized on this wall.

A new CPDMH Foundation Donor Recognition Wall is coming soon to the Hospital. It will replace the old one, include updated information and will be moved to a new location – in the main hallway as you enter the hospital – just opposite the Foundation Office. Once installed, we will be inviting all donors to a special unveiling and Donor Recognition day.

We are thankful for our donors and are pleased to work with our donors to express our gratitude and recognize their generosity and contribution in a number of different ways. We invite you to contact the Foundation Office to learn more about what we have to offer.
